Watching too many movies might leave you with the impression that a coach is someone that tells you what to do. At Metonomy, we define a coach as someone whose focus in on a person's thinking about their own thinking (metacognition).

Great coaches enable people to think and feel things through, leaving them with a clear pathway for action.
